By downloading, accessing, or using the One Caribbean mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Description of Services

One Caribbean provides a platform connecting travelers with authentic local businesses, directories, and cultural information across the Caribbean. Our Services act as a directory and cultural guide. We do not own, operate, or control the third-party businesses listed on the app.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and your use must comply with all local laws and regulations.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting User Content, you grant One Caribbean a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services. Any bookings or transactions made with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

As-Is Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Caribbean, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services or any third-party services found via our platform. Travel inherently involves risks; we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your travels to locations listed in our directory.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the exclusive property of One Caribbean and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
